Welcome to the information pages of presentation of our Network Nonlinear Dynamics of Spatio-temporal Selforganization .

Such an initiative, created under the program Xarxes Temàtiques of Direcció General de Recerca de la Generalitat de Catalunya, was born at the beginning of 1998 with a twofold perspective. First of all we aim at strengthenning the scientific relationships betweeen the groups participating in the network, facilitating in this way the ties among the researchers involved in their respective groups and particularly between their younger members. In short, we aim at taking advantage of the past and already fully successful research experiences of each group to create a common meeting area where to analyse and discuss new research goals that should lead us always towards innovation and excellence.

On the other hand we would like that such a network would be considered as a forum from where we could project towards the scientific community around us our own initiatives to deal with the so-called Nonlinear Complex Systems which appear more and more ubiquitous and multidisciplinar.
